Nick Griffin called on supporters to join him in Burnley.
Video from the protest against the police harassment of BNP Blackburn organiser and Pendle Councillor. Mr Evans and Mr Parker along with two other members were held in 7am raids on their homes, apparently on suspicion of distributing a leaflet dealing with Islamic gangs and heroin distribution.
BNP leader Nick Griffin called on all supporters in the area to join him in assembling peacefully outside Burnley police station. Many members and supporters rallied to the call with people attending from as far away as North Wales.

It was certainly cold and the freezing wind chill didn’t help. Many thanks to the many, many ordinary members of the public who tooted their car horns in support. The thumbs up we received from locals cheered us all up, never mind the elderly gentleman who passing by thrust £100 into our hands as a donation. See you ther next time.
