Judges rule against the election petitioners.
British National Party candidate and petitioner Iain Smith talk to BNPtv outside the High Court about the decision by the judges not to discount a single disputed vote that brought about the election petition. The petitioners and Mr Rowe will now wait to see the judges written report before deciding whether or not to appeal against the decision.
